King Mohammed VI arrived on Thursday in Conakry for a working and friendship visit to the Republic of Guinea, the third stage of the African tour that led the Moroccan KIng to Ghana and Zambia.
Upon His arrival at the Conakry International Airport, the King was welcomed by President of the Republic of Guinea, Alpha Condé.
The official Moroccan delegation includes Foreign Minister, Salaheddine Mezouar, Minister of Economy and Finance, Mohamed Boussaid, Minister of Housing and Urban Policy, Nabil Benabdellah, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Aziz Akhannouch, Minister of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy, Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Minister of Health, El Houcine Louardi, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Nasser Bourita, as well as several civilian and military figures.
A warm welcome was reserved to the King at the airport by several Moroccans and Guineans, who came to express their great joy of this visit.
After a short break at the airport’s VIP lounge, the procession of the two Heads of State headed to the Mohammed V presidential palace, residence of the Sovereign in Conakry.
